Each product page clearly states which software or platform it requires. Canva templates require Canva, CorelDraw files require CorelDraw, Notion templates require Notion, and so on.

Yes! All paid products come with a commercial license. Free products include a personal-use license unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We use Paystack for secure payments, which accepts debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD. Payment is processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN).

Yes. We use Paystack, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We never store your card details on our servers.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally don't offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if there's a technical issue with a file, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Immediately after a successful payment, you're redirected to a download page with a secure link. The same link is also emailed to you. The link is valid for 24 hours.

Simply contact us via the Contact page or email hello@kofinity.com with your order reference number. We'll generate a new link for you within 24 hours.

First check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, contact us with your payment reference and we'll resend the link immediately.
