Licensing & Usage
Last updated: August 2026
When you buy a product from the shop, you're not buying the underlying design outright — you're buying a license to use it, under the terms below. This is the same model used by most template marketplaces.
1. What You Can Do
Every purchase includes a Standard License, which permits you to:
- Use the template, brand kit, or asset in your own personal or business projects.
- Customize, edit, and adapt the file to fit your brand — change colors, text, images, and layout freely.
- Use the finished, customized result commercially (e.g. as your actual business's branding, website, or marketing material).
- Use it for a client project, where the finished, customized output is delivered to that one client.
2. What You Can't Do
- Resell, redistribute, or share the original files — as-is or bundled — whether for free or for payment.
- Upload the files (modified or not) to another marketplace, template shop, or stock asset site.
- Claim authorship of the underlying template design itself, separate from your own customized use of it.
- Use the files to create a competing template or digital product business.
3. Multiple Clients
If you're a freelancer or agency, the Standard License covers using one purchased file for one end client's finished project. If you plan to reuse the same purchased template as a starting point for multiple different clients, please purchase a separate license for each, or contact us about a multi-use arrangement.
4. Free Products
Free products are licensed under the same terms above — free of charge does not mean free to redistribute or resell.
5. Fonts and Third-Party Assets
Some templates may reference fonts or stock images that are not included in the download and are separately licensed by their own creators (commonly noted in the product's description or included credits file). You're responsible for securing your own license for any such third-party assets if you continue using them beyond what's already licensed for preview purposes.
6. Enforcement
Violating this license may result in the purchase being voided and access to future purchases being restricted. We generally prefer to resolve licensing questions directly — if you're unsure whether your intended use is covered, ask us first.
7. Contact
Not sure if your use case is covered? Email info@kofinityhub.com.ng before you buy or before you use a file in a way you're unsure about — we're happy to clarify.
