These terms govern your use of kofinityhub.com.ng ("Kofinity," "we," "us") and any purchase made through it. By browsing this site, purchasing a product, or engaging our design services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Who We Are

Kofinity Creative Hub is a Nigeria-based creative studio offering digital design products (brand kits, templates, e-books, and similar downloadable assets) and custom design services (branding, web design, UI/UX, and digital product development).

2. No Account Required

You do not need to create an account to buy from the shop. Purchases are tied to the email address you provide at checkout, which is where your download link and receipt are sent.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Paystack; Kofinity does not receive or store your card details. Voucher codes, where offered, are subject to their own individual terms (eligible products, usage limits, and expiry dates shown at the time of use).

4. Digital Delivery

Products are delivered as a download link sent to your email and shown on the order confirmation page immediately after payment. Download links expire after 24 hours for security — if yours expires before you've downloaded your file, contact us and we'll issue a new one at no charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any part of this site or its systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape content, harvest data, or repeatedly claim free or discounted products beyond their intended limits.
• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased files in a way that violates the Licensing & Usage policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The site's own design, branding, portfolio content, and blog content belong to Kofinity Creative Hub unless otherwise credited. Usage rights for purchased shop products are governed separately by the Licensing & Usage policy.

7. Custom Design Services

Custom project work (branding, web design, and similar services) is scoped and agreed individually with each client — pricing, timelines, and deliverables for that work are governed by the specific agreement made for that project, not solely by these general terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kofinity Creative Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site or its products, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the business grows. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision — continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
