Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Kofinity Creative Hub collects when you use this site, why, and who it's shared with. We collect the minimum needed to fulfil an order, respond to you, or run the site — nothing is sold to third parties.

1. Information We Collect

• Name and email address — provided at checkout, on a free download, or through the contact form.
• Purchase details — which product, price paid, and payment status, handled by Paystack.
• Contact form submissions — whatever you choose to write to us.
• Basic usage data — pages visited and general traffic patterns, via Google Analytics.

We never see or store your card number, expiry date, or CVV — that information goes directly to Paystack, our payment processor, which is independently responsible for its own PCI-compliant security.

2. How We Use It

• To deliver the product or service you purchased, including sending your download link by email.
• To respond to contact form inquiries.
• To send you our newsletter, but only if you subscribed — every email includes an unsubscribe option.
• To understand how the site is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it.

3. Who We Share Information With

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site, each of which processes your data only for the specific purpose below:

• Paystack — processes payments and card details.
• Resend — delivers transactional emails (download links, order confirmations, contact replies).
• Mailchimp — manages our newsletter list for subscribers who opted in.
• Sanity — stores site content (this does not include your personal purchase data).
• Vercel — hosts the site and stores purchased files for delivery.
• Google Analytics/Tag Manager and Google reCAPTCHA — basic traffic insight and spam protection.

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics, spam protection, and remembering your light/dark mode preference. See the Cookie Policy for details.

5. Data Retention

We keep purchase records as long as reasonably needed for accounting, support, and legal purposes. Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to what we're legally required to retain (e.g. transaction records).

6. Your Rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by emailing info@kofinityhub.com.ng. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

7. International Visitors

Kofinity Creative Hub is based in Nigeria and this policy is written with Nigeria's Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) in mind. If you're visiting from outside Nigeria, your information may be processed in Nigeria and by the service providers listed above, which may be located in other countries.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the business grows — the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
